Water invades basement in Gladstone, MO

The spare bedroom in this Gladstone, MO home is located in the basement. With all the heavy rains that have come through over the past few weeks, many homes and basements have experienced flooding. This particular home had minimal damage. We arrived soon after the homeowner noticed the saturated carpet in the basement. We were able to reach the home and begin working very quickly. Our crews started by extracting the water which turned out was quite a bit. Once the water was extracted we were able to set up all of our drying equipment to ensure the area was properly dry and to minimize the possibility of secondary damage.
